While most organizations worldwide choose the best skilled candidates to fill in the gap in their teams, Mark Murphy proposes that, in order to see improvements in the hiring success, HR managers should focus on the candidates soft skills and attitudes, or, in other words, how well the particular candidate will fit the organizational culture.
